Planting The Seed

With the Journey that lies ahead, I find myself thinking a little about what will lie behind. I capitalize Journey because for some reason, I know this adventure will define so many things in my life and will be one of the biggest turning points. But what I am leaving behind sometimes worries me. I have close friends dealing with personal issues that I won't be able to help with. I think about friends or family who could even pass while I am gone. That is my biggest fear considering the infamous death plague on our small towns. I know these things are the last things I should be dwelling on, but I cannot help but do so. I can only just hope for the best. I have always struggled with situations I cannot control, but more recently I have been able to let some of it go and keep living. With this blog I hope to bring you all into my Journey with me. Maybe I could change your mindset on leaving those small towns and finding something better for yourself. Trust me, I will never forget where I come from, but there are far too many stories to be heard in this World than just the ones on the Resident's page.
As I venture to a brand new place, I hope to use this blog to showcase all the amazing sights I will get to see and give everyone a small taste of the beautiful culture I will be immersing myself into. I have enjoyed writing for as long as I can remember so it only seemed fitting to create this page. I have always found it easier to express myself through writing more than anything else. So with that being said, please enjoy the next couple months as I plant myself in Peru in order to blossom upon my return to the States.
